PURPOSE:To eliminate the necessity for using a position sensor and perform cost down of a device, by detecting a control position of a throttle stopper with an opening sensor. CONSTITUTION:An opening sensor 800, detecting an opening of a throttle valve 101 in an internal-combustion engine 100, is provided. The engine 100 is accelerated, if under an operational condition not in an idle state, arithmetic operation of an arithmetic unit 400 is stopped by action of an idle switch 700 to hold a target control position e as shown by a chart (t1 shows a point of acceleration starting time and t2 shows a point of beginning time to return to the idle state.) in the drawing, however, a valve 101 is opened, and a throttle opening g shows a larger value than the position e. Accordingly, a control position d of a throttle stopper 200 becomes a minimum value by action of a driver unit 600. And then, if the engine 100 is returned to the idle condition, the opening g shows the control position d of the stopper 200, and the stopper 200 is controlled to the target control position e, thereafter the arithmetic unit 400 starts arithmetic operation by action of the switch 700 to control an idle speed. |
