PURPOSE:To provide a high printing resistance for an aluminum supporter by utilizing the cushioning property of an adhesive by a method in which different aluminum plates are doubled with each other by using an adhesive and the surfaces of the aluminum plates are processed for lithographic printing. CONSTITUTION:An adhesive or a meltable synthetic resin is coated between plural aluminum plates having different properties, e.g., standard hardnesses 16 and 18, as base materials, and the aluminum plates are passed through rollers and dried by heating. The adhesive used includes adhesive resins dissolved in a solvent, emulsified or reactive synthetic resins, and molten polyethylene and polypropylene. The surfaces of the base materials are further processed by polishing and coating of light sensitive liquid to eliminate difficultly of printing on back side and also to prevent breaking when being folded. |
