PURPOSE:To enable to efficiently stretch-out and house-in an outrigger by a structure wherein an operating part is provided outside the outrigger and a pin engaging with an engaging hole of a fixed frame is provided inside the outrigger and the pin and the operating part are linked to each other by a coupling means. CONSTITUTION:In order to stretch out an outrigger 2, a handle 4 is held and pulled outward until the handle 4 gets away from a notched groove 5 and, after that, pivoted nearly 90 degrees. At this time, a stopper 6 abuts against the inner end of a guide 3 and, on the other hand, the pin 7 is disengaged with the engaging hole 8 against the energizing force of a spring 10 in order to be drawn back in the outrigger 2. When the handle 4 is pulled outward further at a stretch, the force is transmitted through the stopper 6 to the outrigger 2 so as to pull the whole outrigger outward. When the outrigger reaches the desired stretched-out position, the handle 4 is pivoted nearly 90 degrees so as to protrude the pin 7 by means of the spring 10 in order to bring into engagement with the engaging hole 9 and the handle 4 is also engaged to the inner end of the notched groove 5 by being pulled inward together with the inward pulling of a push-pull cable 11. |
