PURPOSE:To easily attain adjustment of high accuracy, and reproducibility of its adjustment, by constituting a titled mechanism of a mirror for reflecting an optial image of a solid agent, and an image pickup device for receiving a reflected optical image from the mirror, and controlling the mirror and the image pickup device. CONSTITUTION:An optical adjusting mechanism is provided with a mirror 10 for reflecting an optical image of a solid agent, a rotation adjusting screw 17, a tilting adjusting screw, a pivot screw 19, a rotation adjusting loose hole, etc. The mirror 10 is capable of executing the rotation adjustment by turning the direction as indicated with an arrow R centering around the X axis vertical to the paper surface, as shown in the figure. In order to execute said adjustment, in a substrate 21 to which the mirror 10 has been installed, the adjusting screw 17 is loosened, and within a range of the loose hole 20 opened in the radial direction centering around the X axis, the substrate 21 is turned, is adjusted and is fixed by clamping the screw 17. In this way, adjustment of high accuracy and reproduction of the adjustment can be executed easily. |
