PURPOSE:To exactly indicate a color temperature of a substance whose temperature is measured, by comparing a light beam radiated from a substance to be measured, with a light beam radiated from a standard light source, by relation of a color temperature, and measuring a temperature. CONSTITUTION:This color pyrometer is provided with an optical system by which one light beam in light beams radiated from a calibrating standard light source L and a substance T whose temperature is measured is made incident to a photoelectric converting element D through 2 kinds of filters f1, f2 whose passing wavelength is different, and a dividing circuit Q for obtaining the ratio of outputs of the photoelectric converting element D corresponding to intensity of light beams which have passed through said 2 kinds of filters f1, f2. Also, it is provided with storing circuits M1, M2 and M3 for storing an output of the dividing circuit Q, based on the light beam radiated from the calibrating standard light source L, and also provided an indicator I for indicating the output of the dividing circuit Q, based on the light beam radiated from the substance T whose temperature is measured, by being compared with outputs held in these storing circuits M1, M2 and M3. |
