PURPOSE:To reduce the thickness of a motor by providing a both-side copper- lined magnetic substrate, which is also used as a stator substrate and a printed substrate mounted with a electric circuit section, thereby simpifying the structure. CONSTITUTION:A stator substrate 21 is composed of a magnetic material substrate 19 formed with a copper foil 20 through an insulating layer 18 on both side surfaces, tooth-shaped copper foil generating coil 6, a position detecting magnetic converter 5 and a rotating speed detecting armature 9 are provided on the upper surface of the substrate 21, and electric circuit parts 22 forming a drive control circuit are provided on the lower surface. In this manner, the substrate can be used as a stator substrate and a printed substrate mounted with electric circuit parts. Accordingly, an efficient position detection signal and a rotating speed signal can be obtained with a simple structure, and the thickness of this motor can be reduced. |
