摘要 |
PURPOSE:To manufacture the IC handler which can automatically release plugged IC IC by a method wherein the IC hanlder is interlocked with the plugged IC detecting sensor even if the IC is plugged at a point where chute and magazine are connected with each other. CONSTITUTION:The signals from the plugged IC detecting sensor actuate the compressed air jetting device instantaneously (as a pulse) jetting the compressed air from the jet nozzle 8 three times repeatedly. The IC slides down along the internal projection such as the rail 2a in chute 2 and the rail 3a in magazine 3 mounting thereon held by lead pin. The plugged IC can be always released without fail when the IC is floated by around 0.5-1.2mm. by means of the compressed air jet to be controlled by the throttle valve 9. Through these procedures, the IC plugged at the connection of chute and magazine of a handler may be automatically released without exerting compulsory force for the objective IC through relatively simple and inexpensive mechanism. |
