PURPOSE:To eliminate a sudden change of data from a vibration level during normal operation, by a method wherein vibration information during stoppage is replaced by a vibration level value just before the stoppage. CONSTITUTION:A computer system 5 is applied with a vibration detecting output from a detector 2 through an amplifier 3, and at the same time applied with a signal which shows the condition of the operation of rotary device from an auxiliary contact 7 interlocked to a main switch 6. The computer stores vibration levels applied from the detector 2, as they are, in a memory within the computer for the time when the auxiliary contact 7 is closed, namely for the time when the rotary device 1 is operating, T6, T8 and T10. When the operation is stopped, the contact 7 is opened, and the computer stores a vibration value sampled at the end of the operation in the memory within the computer. The diagnoistic operation of the abnormality of the vibration level and detecting system is performed during the time when the contact 7 is closed, and is not performed when the rotary device is stopped. |
