PURPOSE:To seal the sealing part completely without damaging a work in warm overhang molding of a bag-shaped plate, by covering the sealing face of a core and pressing piece with heat-resistant plastics. CONSTITUTION:A core 4 provided with a gas blowing mouth 5 is inserted into the opening of a bag-shaped plate 10 formed beforehand to bag-shape. Overhang molding is performed to a desired form by supplying a pressure medium from the blowing mouth while heating the bag-shaped plate. The sealing face of the core 4 and pressing pieces 6, 7 are covered with heat-resistant plastics such as fluororesin to about 1mm. thickness. In this case, it is desirable to use a metal having a large coefficient of thermal expansion such as Cu, Al, etc. for the core 4, and to use a metal of a small coefficient of thermal expansion such as Fe- Ni alloy or ceramics for pressing piece as base material. |
