PURPOSE:To realize reduction of a shock at switching of a rod by sliding an inner ring and an outer ring relative to predetermined stroke and changing operational speed slowly. CONSTITUTION:Within an outer cylinder 1, a control projection part 10a is provided in an inner periphery part at the right end and an outer ring 10 fixed with a cover 11 is fitted in an inner periphery part at the left end. An inner ring 12 is inserted between the outer ring 10, a control ring 9 and a path part 8a. A cover 13 is fixed on the inner periphery part at the right end of the inner ring 12, and a control edge face part 12a is formed in an intermediate part, therefore, operational speed is changed by stages and slowly, and the shock may be mitigated. |
