<p>PURPOSE:To improve the efficiency of the automatic drawing and the production of a cut mask, by providing a coordainte converting function where an error compensating parameter to compensate the error between a positive film and the cut mask can be set. CONSTITUTION:A drawing data floppy disc drive 30 is set to an input device 41a of a plotter 40a, and drawing data is read from a drawing data file 30a. Patterns required for a block copy are automatically constructed on a block copy lay-out sheet 50, which is placed on a drawing table 42a, by the plotter 40a. Meanwhile, in the production of a cut mask, drawing data is read from the drawing data file 30a by a drawing data converting device 20 and is recorded in a cut data file 31a. A strip film 60a is cut automatically through a plotter 40b with cut function by an obtained cut floppy disc 31. Thus, the automatic drawing and the production of the cut mask are performed very efficiently.</p> |
