PURPOSE:To obtain a flat armature coil in a short time by winding a wire in the prescribed number of turns on winding pieces, then pressure forming the coil with forming pieces, and simultaneously moving the winding pieces at the prescribed distance upon pressing. CONSTITUTION:Winding pieces 10 are rotated to wind a copper wire 4 in the prescribed number of turns. When forming pieces 7 respectively move toward valleys 11 of a winding base 8, the centers of the sides of the coil 1 wound in a square shape are respectively pressed by the ends of the pieces 7, are bent inwardly, and the coil 1 is pressed to the base 8. The four pieces 10 move toward the center of the base 8 as the pieces 7 move, make contact with the projections 9 of the base 8, and the indie of the coil 1 is formed with the base 8 and the pieces 10, thereby obtaining a star-connected armature coil 1. |
