PURPOSE:To ensure the folding of the paper down to its end accurately, by lowering a paper receiving table at the time of paper cutting, and lifting the paper receiving table after the paper, which is cut by a cutting means, has reached the receiving table. CONSTITUTION:A monostable multivibrator 31 is triggered by a cutting command, then a multivibrator 32 is triggered, a paper receiving table lowering signal is generated during this time period, and the paper receiving table 9 is lowered. The monostable multivibrator 31 is set so that the table is lowered by a specified amount when the cut end passes a swing fin 8. When an optical sensor 33 detects the passage, a flip flop 37 is set through a differential circuit 35 and inverters 34 and 36, and a paper receiving table lifting signal is generated. When the paper receiving table 9 is lifted to a position of a switch 38, the flip flop 37 is reset, and the table is stopped. Thus the paper is folded down to its end positively and accurately. |
