<p>PURPOSE:To prevent a wind (or a water) mill from over-speed revolution by connecting an oil-accumulation pipe passage to a discharge pipe passage of a pump driven by the wind or the water mill and providing a brake device in the wind or the water mill to be operated when the average pressure in a pressure accumulator is over a fixed value. CONSTITUTION:A pump 3 is driven by a wind (or a water) mill 1 via a transmission gear box 2. A shaft 1a of the windmill 1 is provided with a brake device 46. A pressure-accululator 43 is connected to a discharge pipe passage 5 of the pump 3 via an oil-accumulation pipe passage 44, which is equipped with a throttle valve 47 and a pressure switch 45. The change of the discharge pressure of the pump 3 is averaged by the pressure-accumulator 43. When this averaged pressure is risen over a fixed value, the pressure switch 45 is on to operate the brake device 46, and the number of revolutions of the windmill 1 is reduced for preventing over-speed revolution.</p> |
