PURPOSE:To obtain cooked rice having improved flavor and physical properties, by adding a specific amount of an edible packaged butter to rice and cooking the rice. CONSTITUTION:0.1-3 wt% edible packaged butter (preferably powdered butter or molten butter and the packaging unit is 0.1 g, 1 g, 10 g or 100 g) is added to cook rice and afford the aimed cooked rice. |
