PURPOSE:To obtain a picture display of high quality, by forming an electric conductive line in the back side of an integrally formed modulated electrode group, welding a coil-state hot cathode and eliminating disorderly alignment. CONSTITUTION:An insulating plate 43, the first modulated electrode 45, insulating plate 47, the second modulated electrode 48 and insulating plate 50 are integrally formed by optolithography and the like. An electric conductive line 42 can be obtained by plating metal of copper of gold with low electric resistance or performing mask evaporation of gold and the like after metalizing by screen printing. A coil state hot cathode 41 can be secured by press fit when the electric conductive line 42 is of copper. When the electric conductive line is a thin film such as gold evaporation, an electric conductive supporting unit 52 such as a gold pad is previously welded to the electric conductive line, to which the coil state hot cathode 41 is welded, then the coil state hot cathode 41 is press fitted. |
