<p>The collapsible boat for assembly on site comprises an air mattress (1), together with means for holding this taut, at least in the lengthwise direction, between two sidewalls (2). The sidewalls can be arranged to act as leeboards, counteracting any tendency for the boat to drift, and they can be joined together at the bow and stern by transverse fixing components preventing swamping by waves.
