PURPOSE:To perform cupping simply by single process by providing a pair of left and right columns, a guide and a shifting frame and simplifying charging of material, taking out of products and recharging of material. CONSTITUTION:The device consists of a pair of left and right columns A, B a guide 9, and a shifting frame C that can go and back along the guide 9. The column A has a turning mount 2 of a mandrel 4 that projects toward the shifting frame C. The column B is provided with a hydraulic cylinder 16 used to press a push rod 17 facing the end face of the mandrel 4 and the second hydraulic cylinder 14 that performs positioning of the shifting frame C. Above-mentioned shifting frame C holds a roll housing 21 allowing free rotation at a position where the mandrel 4 is intruded inside, and at the same time, provided with a motor that rotates the housing 21. |
