<p>The support apparatus consists of a base frame (1), which is extensible in length and in width, of two elevation bars (3) which are extensible and connected via an articulation (2) to the base frame and via a second upper articulation (5) to a support frame (4) which is extensible in length and in width. The support frame (4) is connected via two safety bars (9) to the base frame (1). The parts of the bars sliding one inside the other are fixed by means of screws (7) and the two articulations can be locked in each desired position. A strap (17) is fixed to each bar of the support frame and of the elevation bars. Such an apparatus can be adapted to patients of different sizes, whether adults or children, and it can be fixed in all the desired positions for promoting the comfort, the healing and the treatment of the leg in question. <IMAGE></p> |
