发明名称 FITTING METHOD FOR ROTARY POLYGONAL MIRROR OF OPTICAL SCANNER
摘要 PURPOSE:To correct a fitting angle of a rotary polygonal mirror to a motor, by providing an adjusting member having projections of >=three pieces on a rotary polygonal mirror receiving part of the motor, and cutting >=one point of the projections. CONSTITUTION:A flange part 3 for receiving a rotary polygonal mirror 4 of a motor 1 has some inclination, therefore, the flange part 3 is not vertical to a revolving shaft 2. Therefore, a discoid plate material 5 is stuck and fixed to the flange part 3, and cut to match the height of the lowest projection among the projections of the discoid plate material 5 by turning the motor 1, by which the perpendicularity of the surface made by the projections of >=three pieces of the discoid plate material 5 for receiving the revolving shaft 2 and the rotary polygonal mirror 4 is corrected. After the perpendicularity of the surface for receiving the revolving shaft 2 and the rotary polygonal mirror 4 of the discoid plate material 5 has been corrected, the rotary polygonal mirror 4 is stuck and fixed to the discoid plate material 5.
