MANUFACTURE OF FERRITE POWDER

摘要

PURPOSE:To manufacture ferrite powder having high homogeneity and giving high performance sintered ferrite by mixing >=2 kinds of metallic alkoxides of uni- - quinquevalent metals other than Ba and by hydrolyzing the mixture. CONSTITUTION:>=2 Kinds of metallic alkoxides represented by a formula M(OR)n (where M is a uni- - quinquevalent metal, and R is alkali) are mixed. By hydrolyzing the metallic alkoxide mixture, fine ferrite particles having <= 0.1mum particle size can be obtd. Using this ferrite powder high performance sintered ferrite with high density and high homogeneity is manufactured.
