PURPOSE:To incorporatedly form an edge part easily, by constituting a diaphragm through the sticking of a surface member on both sides of a core member having a lot of projecting and recessing parts with forming and forming the edge part incorporatedly with the core member at the outer circumference of the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:The titled diaphragm is constituted with a diaphragm sticking a surface member 3 on both sides of a core member 1 formed to have a lot of projecting and recessing parts, and an edge part 2 incorporatedly formed with the core member 1 at the outer circumference of the diaphragm. The manufacture is easy, because the core member 1 can be made by forming and the edge sticking process can be omitted because the edge part 2 can incorporatedly be formed, allowing to attain inexpensive diaphragm. |
