PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit causing no hang-up condition by a method wherein resistors are connected in parallel with Josephson elements coupled with a control wire. CONSTITUTION:Josephson elements 101 and 102 coupling with a control wire 110 are mated with the control wire 110 having both terminals 108 and 109 and a bias line 107 having DC current source 106 is coupled with the opposite side of the element 102 by holding the control wire 110. A DC current source 105 grounded one end is connected to the neutral point of the elements 101 and 102 and both ends of the elements 101 and 102 are grounded through load inductors 103 and 104 respectively. In this way, the magnetic flux generated by a control current flowing into the control wire 110 is interlinked with the elements 101 and 102 and furthermore, resistors 201 and 202 are connected in parallel with the elements 101 and 102 respectively. This prevents the elements 101 and 102 from stopping at voltage condition. |
