发明名称 METHOD OF FORMING PHOSPHOR SCREEN FOR COLOR PICTURE TUBE
摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent generation of fog and form a phosphor screen with high quality by containing boric acid in a photosensitive component that manifests tackiness by exposure with regard to the method of forming a phosphor screen using the optical tackiness method. CONSTITUTION:A photosensitive component that manifests tackiness by exposure/consists of a principal component of double salt with salt halometallate or nonmetallic salt fluoride of a diazo compound and an aqueous solution in which a small amount of polymer, surface active agent, or the like is added to the double salt. A phosphor film without fog can stably be obtained by containing boric acid in a component that contains propyleneglycol alginate, PVA, etc. as such a polymer. That is, since the gelation of polymer is accelerated by adding boric acid when the coat of an optical adhesive component is formed, a hard film can be formed. As a result, a phosphor is hard to adhere to the film and fog is hard to generate so long as a deliquescent substance is not generated by exposure.
