PURPOSE:To reduce eddy-current loss, and to obtain excellent frequency characteristics by forming the inductor by a magnetic core using an amorphous alloy sheet with specified plate thickness. CONSTITUTION:The magnetic core 11 is manufactured by winding and stacking the amorphous magnetic alloy sheets, winding 12 is wound around the iron core 11, and a choke coil 10 is formed. A sheet with 9-30mum plate thickness is used as the amorphous magnetic alloy sheets. When the plate thickness of the amorphous magnetic alloy sheet is thinned, permeability increases, and permeability exceeding ferrite is acquired particularly at high frequency. Accordingly, eddy-current loss is small and excellent frequency characteristics are obained in the inductor for the power supply line filter employing the amorphous magnetic alloy sheets with 8-30mum plate thickness. |
