PURPOSE:To shorten a repeating time, by reading a release channel information from a storage device of a channel system information which has been decided as a object to be a release by an exchange processing system, releasing a channel, and upon finishing the execution instructing an exchange processor to incorporate it to the exchange processing. CONSTITUTION:An exchange processing system 20 is constituted of an exchange processor 7 and an exchange storage device 8, and a release processing system 30 is constituted of a release processor 9 and a release storage device 10. To these respective processing sytems 20, 30, a trunk device 1 is connected through a trunk controller 4, an exchange switch 3 is connected through a switch controller 5, and a subscriber 2 and a device 1 are connected through a scanning device 6. In this state, a channel sytem information which has been decided as a object to be a release by the processing sytem 20 is read from the device 9, and a channel is released. Also, when the execution has ended, incorporation to the exchange processing is instructed to the device 7, and the exchange processing is restarted in a short time. |
