PURPOSE:To apply double powers and working speeds to an actuator with only one control valve being operated by providing duplicate passages to a pump and to a tank and by constituting a control valve with the valve element connected to a main passage and the spool inserted into the main passage. CONSTITUTION:A spool 2 is inserted into a main passage 3, and passages 6P1, 6P2 connected to a separate pump and a tank line 7 connected to a tank are provided. Ports 5A, 5B on both sides are connected to an actuator. Check valves 8P1, 8P2 are connected to the passages 6P1, 6P2 through circuits W1, W2. The figure shows a neutral condition, and when the spool 2 is moved to the right and the passages 6P1, 6P2 are closed by cylinder sections 2C2, 2C3, a cnstrictuion 2L1 is concurrently connected to apertures 10P1, 10P2, thereby the oil fed by the pump through the circuit W1, W2 and the check valves 8P1, 8P2 flows from the apertures 10P1, 10P2 into the actuator at double flow rates. |
