PURPOSE:To provide a mixer car which permits sufficient ventilation in the state of relining of bricks, reduces a cooling time and improves productivity by constituting the block of a furnace port part wherein the furnace port part and a part of the structure of the body around the furnace port part are constructed into one body attachably and detachably to the body of the mixer car. CONSTITUTION:With this mixer car, a furnace port part 3 and a part of the structure of the body around the furnace port part are constructed into one body and are constituted as a block 1 of the furnace port part which is fitted and joined attachably and detachably to the body 2 of the mixer car. The joining of the block 1 and the body 2 is accomplished by connecting the shell 12 of the block in the furnace port part and the shell 6 of the body of the mixer car by means of cotters 9, and sealing the clearances between the bricks 5 of the block in the furnace port part and the bricks 7 of the body of the mixer car with castable refractories. In the state of relining of the bricks for the mixer car, the block 1 is removed from the body 2 and the inside of the cooling part is cooled, then the cooling time is reduced because the opening of the furnace port 3 is large. During the work in the furnace, sufficient ventilation is assured and working environment is improved. |
