<p>The pivotable sail allows lateral displacement at its point of attachment, and allows pivoting of the trapeze around the suspension axis. It has lower cables (A,A') controlled by pulleys (B,B') at the top of the trapeze (C) integral with the mas top. The suspension uses a cable passing across the control bar, and two other cables mounted with the lower cables. The point (C) of attachment of the lower cables does not coincide with the top of the trapeze, but is displaced to the front or rear.</p> |
