PURPOSE:To easily select the amounts of papers of different pitches delivered by a method in which plural transmission mechanisms of different revolving amounts are provided between a paper sending roller and its drive motor in such a way as to make the alternative selection of them possible. CONSTITUTION:A timing belt 12 is laid on a timing pulley 11 fixed to the shaft 10a of a motor 10 as a drive source and thereby plural transmission mechanisms 13 and 19 are connected. The first transmission mechanism 13 consists mainly of a timing pulley 14, a clutch 16, and a transmission gear 15, and the second transmission mechanism 19 consists mainly of a timing pulley 21, a clutch 24, and a transmission gear 23 likewise. The transmission teeth 15 and 23 of both the mechanisms, having different forms, are both coupled with a gear 25 fixed to the shaft 27 of a paper sending roller 3, and the first and second clutches 16 and 24 are alternately connected. |
