Electrically transferring a running wire from one spool to another

The wire which may be running at speeds up to 200 m/min. feds continuously through the guider on the hand tool and then through two rollers also incorporated. A cut-off device is arranged between guider and rollers. When one spool is full, the two rollers grip the wire and revolve at a similar speed, so that after cutting the wire the hand tool can be used to wind the wire on to the empty spool.
