<p>The invention concerns a method for preparing zircons by hydrothermal processing in an autoclave, at a temperature ranging between 100 and 250 °C, of a medium containing at least a zirconia gel, at least a silica and at least a source of fluoride ions, said medium pH being at most 4 or at least 8. The invention also concerns zircons resulting from said method and their application as precursors of coloured pigments or catalyst supports.</p> |
