PURPOSE:To make easier the attachment of papers as well as close contact of papers with a platen by turning a rocking lever by connecting the rocking lever with a press plate holder fitted with a paper press plate. CONSTITUTION:A press plate 9 to press a paper on a paper guide 5 is fixed to a holder 10 in a manner that it can move in rocking way around a support shaft 12, and the holder 10 is energized toward the direction of a stopper 14 by means of coil spring, etc. On the other hand, a rocking lever 15 is rotatably provided to the guide shaft 3 of a printing head 2, and the hole 16 of the rocking lever 15 is connected with the guide hole 11 of the holder 10 by a connecting bar 17. A control knob 18 provided fixedly to the rocking lever 15 is positioned at A when the number of paper 4 is one, at B when the number of paper 4 is five, and also at C when the paper 4 is set. |
