In order to lock a frame profile (1) to a border (2), a spacer bolt (11) is used which consists of a rod part (12) whose length can be adapted, and of a fixing cap (13) connected thereto. The fixing bolt (11) is connected to the frame profile (1) by means of undercuts (14) which are integrally formed on said fixing cap, while in contrast the free end of the spacer bolt (11) engages in the border (2) so that the frame profile (1) is locked to the border (2) in a short time and without major assembly cost by knocking a plurality of spacer bolts into associated recesses (3, 4, 5). <IMAGE>
