摘要 The invention relates to a device for ultrasonic scanning using an ultrasonic multirow array (2). The latter comprises a multiplicity of transducer elements arranged in rows and columns. Said elements are driven in groups by selector switches. In this arrangement, the driven group is clocked on in stepwise fashion to step the beam in the row direction, and the clocked group is also switched onto different transmitting and/or receiving surfaces. A base equalising amplifier (22) and, e.g. a field equalising amplifier (24) as well suppress switching noise, which can be produced in the case of beam stepping in the row direction. The aim of the invention is to specify a solution which can be integrated particularly easily into already existing systems. This aim is achieved by the combination of the following features: only a first number of rows covers per signal-processing channel (MS), a base equalising amplifier and, e.g. also a field equalising amplifier. The remaining number of rows contains per signal processing channel (RS) only one switching interference suppressor, which consists of a frequency filter (29) and a switching element (27). The output signals of said suppressor are added onto the first number of rows before being relayed to the equalising amplifiers. The invention is used in ultrasonic imaging devices in medical ultrasonic diagnostics. <IMAGE>
