MULTI ELECTRODE INSULATING TERMINAL AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

The manufacturing method of multi-electrode insulating terminal has four series of processes. The first is that the compound terminal conductor is retained in a frame. The second is that the compound terminal conductor has a penetrating hole and the gas of a certain temperature is accommodated in the frame. The 3rd is taht the prepared formation consisting of glasses and mica is loaded on the gas. The fourth is that the penetrating hole and the terminal conductor are sealed and are adhered.
