<p>PURPOSE:To reduce a load on arithmetic and to speed processing by separating data correction factors into a proportional constant and an additional constant, and setting correction periods of those constants greater than that of data- correcting linear digital arithmetic. CONSTITUTION:Process signals from numbers of detectors arranged at respective parts of a plant 1 are inputted to a data gathering device 3 through process input and output equipment 2. The data gathering device 3 consists of a data fetching and correcting device 4 which fetches those signals on time-division basis, a constant correcting device 5 which corrects the proportional and additional constants for data correction, and a storage device 7 which stores the constant and plant data. The constant correcting device 5 fetches the amplifier gain and zero-drift value of the process input and output equipment 2 as data correction factors, and the correction values of detectors, such as offsets, cold contact temperature, and lead-wire resistance values, thereby making the correction values constant.</p> |
