A seating arrangement comprising at least three or more seats arranged in a row and adjacent each other in a side by side relationship to present two outer ends of said row, said seating arrangement further including a deployable side support arrangement associated with at least one of the seats at the outer ends of said row for providing side support for at least one passenger occupying the seating arrangement, the side support arrangement able to be stowed in a position away from its side supporting position.
