PURPOSE:To obtain a stable input/output characteristics even if the threshold voltage of an MOSFET is fluctuated, by constituting the circuit so that the fluctuation of the logical threshold voltage of an inverter circuit due to the fluctuation of the threshold voltage of the MOSFET is cancelled. CONSTITUTION:Since an MOSFET TR2 shows a high resistance, an MOSFET TR4 is made conductive for VDD-2VT>0. VDD is the power source voltage, and VT is the threshold voltage. When an input signal VIN is applied, such potential is generated at a point 2 that the same current is flowed to MOSFETs TR3 and TR4. Since the potential at a point 1 becomes lower when the threshold voltage VT of the MOSFET TR3 is fluctuated to become higher, the fluctuation is cancelled at the point 2, and the circuit is not affected by the fluctuation of the threshold voltage VT. |
