PURPOSE:To prevent an engine operator from losing the balance of the body of himself even when the sea is rough by a constitution wherein not only the operations of a clutch and a throttle but also the operation of idling can be effected by only single hand turning an operating lever. CONSTITUTION:The bent part 16 of a sliding rod 15 is in a condition pivotable along the inner peripheral surface 2b' of an annular protrusion 2b for a clutch shaft because the sliding rod 15 is being pushed into E direction, a second protruded rail 1h for a casing 1 is being fitted into the groove 18 of a sliding piece 17 while the circular protruded rail 26 of the operating lever is fitted into a recessed groove 25. Therefore, when the operating lever 9 is pivoted into C direction, only a throttle shaft 3, secured to the rectangular recess of the operating lever 9, is rotated and thereby increasing the opening degree of the throttle at the neutral position of the clutch and effecting the operation of the idling. |
