PURPOSE:To speed up a character input device and to decrease the cost, by inputting word inputs even without using a word board, through the registration of arbitrary words beforehand. CONSTITUTION:The registration of words is documented at a function key 3. Words are inputted sequentially one by one by depressing a light pen 6 on a character board 1 and a word number, a character group and a number of characters are stored in a word control registration section 8' via a code generating section 5. Several kinds of words are registrated by repeating the operation. In case of the input operation, at first the designation of automatic input is made. That is, the input of specified words is designated in a prescribed field of a record. Through this designation, the specified word data can be inputted to the specified field automatically. |
