PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To align the incoming/outgoing direction of light accurately with the in-plane direction, the thickness direction and the warping direction of a substrate when an optical element is fixed onto the substrate. SOLUTION: Metal layers 13a, 13b, 23a, 23b are formed on the bottom face of an optical element 1 and a substrate 2 and then the optical element 1 is mounted on the substrate 2. Subsequently, the metal layers 13a, 13b, 23a, 23b are fused thermally and cooled thus bonding the optical element 1 onto the substrate 2. When the metal layers 13a, 13b, 23a, 23b are divided in the direction traversing the optical axis 12 of the optical element 1, the metal layers 13a, 13b, 23a, 23b are prevented from inclining at the time fusing. This arrangement prevents the optical element 1 from being warped.
|
