PURPOSE:To produce an agricultural flexible pipe through which water can be leaked uniformly, by molding an intimate mixture of a vulcanized rubber powder and a soft polyethylene powder by an extruder into a pipe, and perforating the pipe by a perforator so that a plurality of pores are made through it. CONSTITUTION:40-60wt% vulcanized rubber powder having a particle diameter of 0.2-1.0mm. and 60-40wt% soft polyethylene powder having a particle diameter of 3-6mm. are intimately mixed at 150-200 deg.C by a high-speed rotary mixer to obtain the granular intimate mixture, which is then extruded by an extruder into the pipe 1. Then, after the pipe 1 is cooled, and when the pipe 1 is hauled off by a haul-off apparatus, the penetration perforator located before or after the haul- off apparatus perforate the pipe 1 so that the pores 2 are uniformly distributed in it. Thus, using the inexpensive materials, the flexible agricultural pipe through which water can be leaked uniformly can be produced. |
