PURPOSE:To provide the titled lubricating oil having excellent seizing resistance, by blending a thermoplastic resin powder having a specified particle size with a base oil composed of high-viscosity sulfurized fat and oil. CONSTITUTION:5-30wt% thermoplastic resin having a particle size of 200mu or below such as polyethylene, nylon 11 or polystyrene is blended with sulfurized oil and fat having a sulfur content of 3-15wt% and having a viscosity of 200- 5,000cst at 40 deg.C such as a mixture of sulfurized lard and polybutene said mixture being adjusted to have required characteristics.
