PURPOSE:To accurately measure and feed a pulverulent or granular body by combining statistic and dynamic weighing means. CONSTITUTION:An appropriate quantity of a pulverulent or granular body is fed into a hopper as one batch quantity by dividing a set value for the required quantity of pulverulent or granular body, weighed and discharged repeatedly. In order to bring the added total value close to the set value, a statistic weighing means is used. When the added total value is brought close to the set value, the carrying speed of a pulverulent or granular body feeder is reduced to reduce the carrying quantity. The remaining quantity including the last feeding quantity is weighed by a dynamic weighing means. |
