PURPOSE:To execute high sensitivity measurement of reaction between an extremely small amount of each reactant when a reactive substance with the inside walls of a reactor is reacted with another reactive substance present in a liquid phase, by giving a specified movement to a reactor containing the liquid phase. CONSTITUTION:A reactor A made of glass or plastics, having 5-20mm. inside diameter and a cylindrical or square pillar form is mounted on a large number of shaftlike holders 1 protruded from a support frame 2. A composite of a trace of insolubilized antibody and antigen corresponding to this antibody combines with the inside walls of the reactor A, and a trace of a labeled antigen, corresponding to the insolubilized reactant, marked with radioactive isotope, enzyme, or fluorescent substance is contained in a liquid to be added. The frame 2 is set to a fixing plate 4 with a screw 5 so as to direct the holders 1 upward at 0- 90 deg. angle to the horizontal line, and the holders 1 are rotated with a motor 3 in 10-100rpm, thus permitting reaction in the reactor A to be perfectly executed by rotation of the reactor A on the holders 1 in spite of presence of trace.
