PURPOSE:To rapidly and certainly detect an abnormal load by allowing the amount of shift of a driving body in the longitudinal direction of the rotary shaft to increase in proportion to the angle of revolution of the driving body and allowing the driving body to shift quickly when the abnormal load is applied onto the rotary shaft. CONSTITUTION:The driving body 4 composed of the edge surface having one or a plurality of convex and concaved parts 4a and 4b and the inclined surface 4c or the curved surface therebetween is installed onto a rotary shaft 1 rotatably and in slidable form in the longitudinal direction, and the driven body 3 having the edge surface which can be fitted with the edge surface described the above is fixed onto the rotary shaft 1. The driving body 4 is attached under pressure onto the driven body 3 by a spring 6, and the forming force of the rotary driving body 4 is transmitted to the rotary shaft 1 through the driven body 3, and when the load over a prescribed value is applied, the driving body 4 revolves and slides along the inclined surface or the curved surface of the driven body 3 and shifts in the longitudinal direction of the rotary shafr 1.
