PURPOSE:To enable to reduce an insulating distance from an AC power source line by connecting a diode so that a circuit which applies a pulse voltage to the gate terminal of a Triac becomes the same polarity at the AC power source line. CONSTITUTION:A load 12 and a triac 13 are connected in series with an AC power source 11, and series circuits of diode 21 and a condenser 14, and of a resistor 15 and a diode 16 are connected in parallel with each other. A diode 22 is connected to the gate G of the triac 13 in the forward direction of the direction of flowing the discharge current of the condenser 14, a pulse which conducts a transistor 18 at the prescribed period by a control circuit 17 is applied to the transistor, and is connected to the gate G of the Triac 13 with a diode 23 in opposite polarity. Accordingly, a circuit which applies a pulse to the gate terminal can be set in the same polarity as the AC power line, and the printed substrate can be reduced by reducing the insulating distance. |
