PURPOSE:To perform the measurement of temperature in a short time without the reduction in precision, by determining temperature of an object to be measured by forecasting the rising pattern of the temperature. CONSTITUTION:The sample value of detected temperature by a temperature-sensitive body 1 through an A/D converter 2 is compared with contents of memories 4-6, 7-9 in a group which store temperature, corresponding to the given time of the rising pattern of a given temperature, at each given timing through the working of coincidence circuits 10 via a timing signal generating circuit 3. Temperatures, which coincide with each other resulting from said comparison, are stored in memories 11-13 and 14-16 corresponding to the group, and the temperature rising pattern is forecasted in a short time to display temperature, corresponding to the forecasted pattern, in a temperature display unit 19. This eliminates the need to wait until an instruction numeral is brought to an unchanging state, and enables to perform a measurement of temperature in a short time without reduction in precision. |
