<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a wide cross section area for float chambers in a V-shaped internal combustionengine by adjacently crossing suction barrels with each other and arranging carburetters under the crossing point for constructing each float chamber of a float chamber main body and an under lid. CONSTITUTION:The fist and the second carburetters C1 and C2 are respectively provided with suction barrels 61 and 62 with suction passages 51 and 52 shaped inside, and neighboring suction barrels 61 and 62 are adjacently arranged to cross each other at a fixed angle. The crossing point P of both suction barrels 61 and 62 is deviated to the entrance side of each suction barrel from the center of the suction barrel. Consequently, a wide space 7 can be obtained under the above-said crossing point P, and in this space 7, float chambers 81 and 82 are arranged. Each float chamber is constructed of a float chamber main body A opened downward and its under lid 8B, and each contacting face S is inclined at an inclination angle smaller than that of the suction barrel. This construction permits to obtain a wide cross section area for float chambers.</p> |
